Brothers Movie Release Date

Brothers is an upcoming Indian action-drama film, based on Mixed Martial arts (MMA) directed by Karan Malhotra and produced by Dharma Productions, Lionsgate Films and Endemol India. The film is an official remake of the 2011 Hollywood film Warrior. It stars Akshay Kumar, Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez in leading roles, while Jackie Shroff and Shefali Shah play the supporting roles. The first look poster of the film was released on 9 March 2015

Why did Salman Khan call Kangana late at night?

It seems that actress Kangana Ranaut has found a new fan in Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. Filmmaker Nikhil Advani says Salman suggested Kangana's name for his forthcoming film Katti Batti. "Salman loved the script as soon as he heard it and suggested that Kangana would be the perfect fit for Payal's character. Later that night, Salman called Kangana, who was in New York and told her that Payal's character was tailor made for her. As soon as Kangana got back in town we took things forward," Mr Advani said in a statement, reports IANS. Kangana Ranaut has lost out on another film with Salman Khan thanks to her choc-a-bloc date diary. Kangana Ranaut couldn't give her nod to Salman-starrer film, Sultan, as she had already signed on for Vishal Bharadwaj's Rangoon. An insider has been quoted in a DNA report as saying that Aditya Chopra had personally spoken to Kangana about the role. Unlike other Salman films, the role of the heroine in Sultan is a lot meatier. Adi felt she would fit the bill perfectly and the character is rather heroic. Kangana has also admitted in the report that Sultan’s dates are clashing with Rangoon and that she is already committed to Rangoon. Kangana was recently in the news for signing Sultan. After the success of Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Kangana is in demand.

Sidharth Malhotra romances Katrina Kaif.

Sidharth Malhotra is all set to romance none other than Katrina Kaif in the directorial debut film of Farhan Akhtar.


Actor Sidharth Malhotra is  the luckiest charm at the moment, ever since he descended upon the B-town, he has been romancing all the pretty ladies on-screen and off-screen.
After romancing Alia Bhatt, Shraddha Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra and Jacqueline Fernandez in under production Brothers, the handsome hunk is all set to romance none other than Katrina Kaif in the directorial debut film of Farhan Akhtar's assistant Nitya Mehra.


The film, touted to be an unusual love-story is a collaboration of Dharma Productions, Junglee Pictures and Excel Entertainment. Nitya Mehra who assisted Farhan Akhtar on films like 'Lakshya' and 'Don', wielding the micro-phone for the first time. "We've cast Katrina and Sidharth in Nitya Mehra's film. Both the actors have very unusual roles in the film. It's important to try out new pairs and permutations, as these work to make audiences curious about a film," Farhan Akhtar told Bollywood portal Pinkvilla.





This will be Katrina and Sidharth's first film together. Interestingly, Katrina has been so far paired opposite much elder actors, besides beau Ranbir Kapoor. We hope to see some crackling chemistry between her and this young actor, just the way she sets screen on fire with Bollywood heavyweights.
While, Katrina is currently busy shooting for Jagga Jasoos opposite Ranbir Kapoor and Fitoor opposite Aditya Roy Kapoor. Sidharth is immersed in preparation for Karan Johar's Brothers costarring Akshay Kumar and Jacqueline Fernandez.

Deepika Padukone: Consulted Shah Rukh for her foundation.

Actress Deepika Padukone says there are no issues between her and superstar Shah Rukh Khan, adding that the latter was the first to congratulate her setting up her foundation.                                                                                                                                                                         
 

About the recent reports doing the rounds that Shah Rukh was upset with Deepika, she told reporters: "Ironically, while all of you were probably reading that article, he was messaging to me and congratulating me for my foundation as I launched the logo of my foundation. He was actually one of the first people I spoke to, when I was thinking of setting it up. And he's always been very encouraging and supportive."

The Live Love Laugh Foundation is dedicated to addressing the issue of mental health in India.

Deepika had tweeted an image of her forthcoming film Bajirao Mastani with the hashtag #challengeaccepted' which reportedly referred to the box office clash between the film and Shah Rukh's Dilwale.

Both the films are coming out on December 18. According to reports, Shah Rukh was miffed with Deepika for the tweet. She had subsequently deleted it.

"First of all, I find it really amazing how some picture of my film that I've put with a certain hashtag is connected with some other film and blown out of proportion. Having said that, I don't think any of these articles will come in the way of my equation with Shah Rukh. I think what he and I share is known to us, it's very special," added Deepika, who attended the launch of a special collection of Vogue Eyewear.

Deepika had made her acting debut with Shah Rukh in Om Shanti Om and went on to act with the superstar in films like Chennai Express and Happy New Year.
